Bhabani has been a leader in the pigment industry since 1995, with a focus on delivering top-quality Phthalocyanine pigments to a diverse range of industries, including printing inks, paints, plastics, and rubber.

Headquartered in New Delhi, our operations span across Northern India, with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Haryana and Rajasthan. From our humble beginnings with a 350 MT per annum plant, we have expanded our production capacity to over 8,000 MT annually.

In addition to our core operations, we’ve launched a new pigments facility under our wholly-owned subsidiary, M/s Bhabani Colors Pvt Ltd.

As pioneers in eco-friendly and sustainable manufacturing, we’re proud to operate the country’s first plant with a Zero Liquid Discharge system.

Our commitment to excellence in global trade has earned us the prestigious ‘Star Export House’ status from the Government of India. We are also ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified, accredited by TUV Rheinland, and fully REACH compliant for our products in the EU.

MILESTONES

1995

Modest beginning in 1995 with 300 Tons per Annum CPC Crude Plant in Sonepat, Haryana

1999

Set up CPC Unit 2 in 1999 augmenting capacity to 1000 MTPA
______ Increased Capacity in CPC Unit 1 and Unit to 2400 MTPA

2007

Set up CPC Unit 3 in 2007 augmenting capacity to 3600 MTPA

2009

Forayed into finished Pigments by starting construction of a 350 MTPA Capacity to manufacture Alpha Blue in 2009

2014

Further enhanced Capacity of CPC to 5000 MTPA and of Alpha Blue Pigments to 700 TPA in 2014

2015

Got recognized as a Star Export House by GOI in 2015

2016

Increased Alpha Blue Capacity to 1000 MTPA in 2016

2017

Bought land in Alwar to set up a vertically integrated Pigments facility in 2017

2020

Set up a Multiple Effect Evaporator and RO Plant to achieve techno-economic feasibility in Zero Liquid Discharge Operations in 2020

2022

Started construction to set up a 2400 MTPA of PG 7 facility in 2022 as Phase 1 of the new Plant in Alwar in its wholly owned subsidiary, BCPL

2024

Commenced commercial production of PG 7 in 2024 and became the first company in the country to achieve complete Zero Liquid Discharge operations for all its pigment manufacturing
